You’ll be seen directly by Demetria Rutledge, APRN-C, CCM, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and Case Manager. You’ll receive consistent, one-on-one care from the same provider who manages your ongoing health

We provide virtual visits for acute and chronic conditions, case management, lab and diagnostic review, care coordination, and short-term medication refills (non-controlled)

Yes! IHM Telehealth complements your existing care. We collaborate with your primary care and mental health providers to ensure communication, continuity, and better outcomes
