I’m Demetria Rutledge, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Board-Certified Case Manager, and founder of IHM Telehealth. I created this practice for people and families who need more than rushed visits, unclear instructions, and surface-level answers.

That’s when I realized something was missing. Traditional care often treats symptoms, but doesn’t always connect the full picture. After experiencing functional medicine myself, I chose to pursue additional training to better understand root causes—not just manage symptoms.
Today, I combine my experience as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Case Manager with a more comprehensive, patient-centered approach—focused on clarity, connection, and real solutions.
