No. You can order labs directly through the IHM Telehealth lab portal without an appointment.

Who can schedule a formal lab review?

Lab reviews are available for patients located in FL,OR,MN, VT. If you’re outside these states, ordering may still be available, but formal review requires you to be in a licensed state.

I have an IHM Telehealth subscription — is the lab review really free?

Yes. If you have an IHM Telehealth subscription, the lab review appointment is free. You only need to schedule a video or asynchronous appointment. You are responsible for the cost of the labs themselves.

Important Information: Lab testing does not replace a medical evaluation. Results are not reviewed unless a lab review appointment is scheduled (or included in your subscription). Abnormal or urgent results may require immediate medical attention. Services are provided via telehealth within licensed states.
